How can we achieve our dreams sooner, assuming that we all start with the same playing cards (of wealth and convenience and public amenities)?

I thought about this, long and hard, and realized something I didn’t know about myself: When I’m caught up in the moment, especially on something I’ve never tried before, I forget about everything else.
